Benjamin Franklin Vincent is the founder of BENIEVA and an experienced leader in U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, training and talent development.
With more than a decade of hands-on experience in the U.S. healthcare outsourcing sector, Benjamin has built his career across core RCM functions including patient registration, medical billing, charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up and denial management.
Operational Leadership
Since beginning his RCM career in 2010, Benjamin has progressed into leadership roles spanning Training & Development and Operations Management. He has led initiatives to recruit, train and mentor talent, build performance-focused teams and strengthen productivity, compliance and client service.
His strength lies in combining operational expertise with a commitment to learning and people development. This approach shaped BENIEVA’s focus on practical solutions, structured processes and sustainable workforce capability.

Co-Founder & HR Head | BENIEVA Business Compliance & HR Solutions
Evangeline is an HR professional and business leader with cross-industry experience spanning banking, education, financial services, business operations, knowledge management and human resources.
Her career has developed strong expertise in customer engagement, recruitment, HR operations, process documentation and organizational coordination. She has supported customers, guided students, managed stakeholder relationships and created SOPs, training resources and knowledge repositories that improve consistency and business continuity.
